Embracing all elements of life:)

Comex 09
Yeah! Brought Brother printer for my B&W printing! Brought 1 TB external hardisk! Brought wireless adapter for my brother too! :D

Thanks LokeX2 for helping me doing all the research! We just had to head straight to the booth and buy and off we went to other booth. :)

After that we (I) went for Bugis shopping! Hehe~ Retail therapy max!:D
Happy 61st to Daddy~
My daddy is always so animated:D
The Hero of our family!:D
We went to newly opened kopitiam near our house for yu tao lou!:D
Greg&Joan ROM@Mandarin Oriental
Really glad to be part of their magical moment on their special day 19092009 - which happens to mark their 5th anniversary!:D How sweet~
Visit to the toilet is a must! Hahaha~But you have to try opening each door to check if the cubicle is occupied. Other than that, it's really a pleasant place to be in:)
The wedding gift - metallic heart-shaped paperweight (as what we called it) and a set of heart-shaped teaspoons:D So functional for both male and female, really thoughtful:)
My LokeX2! *shuai:D* Hehe~
The Katongster gang (plus girlfriends) since secondary school days:)
And most importantly, our bride and groom:) So lovely:) Wish them a blissful marriage:D
Our mid sem break getaway!
Our 1st picnic together@Pasir Ris Park:D

Initially was to go over the causeway and walk around City Square, but considering our busy schedule and tight budget, we decided to do something simple:) Just to relax, rest and do anything else other than school work, project, dissertation etc.. And of course something cheap and good:)
We happily bought our food from NTUC a day before it. And we overestimate our appetite muahahaha~ We only managed to eat abit more than half the packet of Tostitos:) So the rest became our tibits:)
So with his BB playing songs, us munching on the scoop-y tostitos, reading comic/newspaper, enjoying the occasional sea breeze, snapping photos, we just enjoy our quiet time together:) I love it:D
The classic si nu ai le:D
My LokeX2 and me!:D
Actually we were thinking of picnic-ing for maybe half a day, but because his laptop keyboard spoilt and so he brought forward his plan to purchase a desktop:) So we packed up and that marked the end of our short and sweet picnic:)

Fortunately, when we were on the bus back to his house, it started raining heavily.

After getting his desktop while waiting for the shop to help him assemble it together, we went for Bugis shopping, yeah~

Then we had a quick dinner at Iluma - The Japanese "assorted" restaurants:)
My Okonomiyaki was much tastier than that from Manpuku:) But I still love Manpuku's Fruit Paradise fruit tart:D And Manpuku does not have any service charge:)
That marks the end of the happening events~ The rest of my mid sem break is devoted to dissertation:) Hope it will progress smoothly~ I think this period is going to be the most hectic period for me, Sec 2 students final exams followed by O lvls students, implementation and survey for my dissertation~ 1 more month to go:D

Self note: Live, love, learn, laugh and leave a legacy~

Plus her album is always super value for money, usually there's 1 CD and 1 DVD featuring her MTVs:D Love to watch her dance, it's always very inspirational:D

She never fails to impress and never fails to breakthrough:D She is born to shine on the stage:)

See it for yourself:)

RememberED

Holidays are over:) Had a really packed and fulfilling one:)

1st week of school feels more like a break for me for me to catch up on sleep and personal time. It's good.

It will be better, I believe. 2009 is still such a wonderful year:D

Born. CHAOS baby is finally born! Chaotic Thrift has just kicked-off, so we need more support! Hope we have more babysitters for our baby! Visit our baby @ http://www.chaoticthrift.wordpress.com/

Actually, I value the time we spent together more than thinking about making big bucks from our baby:D It's been a long time since we come together to work on something we are passionate about. I must say we seems much more passionate for our baby than for dancing. Otherwise, I think it's because we have become so much more productive! *clapsX3!*
Hope I can set aside the time to work on our baby:) Lots more new committments this year, so it's going to be pack pack pack!:D

FondueD. With the 6C gang:D This time round @ Xue Yan's hse! And we have a rare guest - Lala aka Priscilla! She's been "missing" since we graduated from KCPPS. Great to have her come on board! We are gaining more and more regulars!:D

Up next: Sing out loud session organized by our Lala!:D Whee~
Attended. A malay wedding @ Bedok! My daddy's friend's daughter getting married! Although small scale, it was packed with lots of family love and joy! They are really friendly, even explaining to us the ceremony and procedures. Wedding is such a sweet event to attend, I like!:) Awarded. BCA-Industry Scholarship @ Pan Pacific. I'm simply grateful for the opportunity and am glad that I make my parents proud:D

I really like my daddy in formal wear! It's the rarest thing that could happen, I think it's like the 2nd time I saw him in that style. Otherwise it has been his jean-shirt.

Whatever it is, he's still the best! Finally after working so hard for the family, we are becoming more independent so now he dont have to work as hard.:)
Volunteered. With Mercy Relief:) I really feel great to know that I'm doing good:) Hoping to find the time to be more involved in volunteering work with children:DHoneymooon-ing. Kozaw asked if we are still in our honeymoon period and it was then that I realized it's still honeymoon-ing for us hehe:) Yeah! Finally after the semester and our internships, we finally can find time to just enjoy being with each other.
We also have our sem-ly retreat!:D Really like our retreat where we can enjoy a short get-away watching lots and lots of movies on his laptop, strolling, enjoying good food, swimming and simply spend time with each other:D Anything else other than our usual studying-snacking-supper-ing routine:D
Treated. National Day is our annual family gathering where we usually find a spot to watch fireworks. However this year we decided to give the fireworks a miss due to the location. The fireworks watching spots are really limited and always packed. It was unlike past years where we can still picnic on grass patches while waiting for the fireworks.

So this year, we just went Meidi-ya for grocery shopping:) My daddy's favourite place.

Then I suggested going Xin Wang @Yishun for late dinner and I decided to treat them!:D Considering that I just got my tuition pay and we rarely have family gathering nowadays. Glad that they love the food there!
Touched. SDE has won! This year's Rag Comm has won back what we lost! I was really touched by the Rag Comm when they all cried upon hearing the results. This year I'm not really considered part of the team, so I got to see everything from a totally different perspective. Really glad to see all the happy and accomplished faces of SDE:D As usual, Rag is just the beginning of uni journey:D This year's raggers sure have a great start:D And this also marks the last Rag that we are going experience as undergrad. Next year if we return, we will be SDE grad alrd. How fast.

REMEMBER to

cherish friendships, esp those that have lasted for very long already. <3

shower your closed ones with love and care. <3

spread your love to others, esp those underprivileged and those worthy of your love and attention.<3

do something for your family, who we tend to take for granted.<3

thank our parents for what they have done for us, there's no need to wait till we are "older".<3

celebrate other's joy and happiness, happiness is contagious, so spread it! <3>

do our best in whatever we do so that we can enjoy the fruits of our labour and leave no regret.<3
