No need to judge

Inspired by The Daily Enlightenment's article (23rd June) "No Need To Judge"...

Indeed, I admit that I do mentally label people habitually and worst still, unknowingly.

First impressions do count, but is it the true, permanent impression of a person?

Nothing is permanent, everything and every moments will pass and be over. Be it good or bad moments, emotions or experiences, relax, endure through it or enjoy it, it will not last.

Thus don't be too attached to any experiences or emotions, it will not last.

Treasure the present, the now. But once it is over, look forward and embrace the present that ensues.

Hence, people also change, grow and mature. Let's not attach any labels to anyone, let's not say "always", "never" etc in the context of someone's character.

Let's not also get trapped within the labels given by yourself or people around us. We definitely can transform beyond the limited judgement of others. Rejoice! =D

So hope Jun Han can win both sides of me (angel and devil) over with his true compassion and sincerity. JiayouzX2! =D

Do not pursue the past.
Do not lose yourself in the future.
The past no longer is.
The future has not yet come.

Looking deeply at life as it is
in the very here and now,
the practitioner dwells in stability and freedom.

We must be diligent today.
To wait until tomorrow is too late.
Death comes unexpectedly.
How can we bargain with it?

The sage calls a person who knows
how to dwell in mindfulness night and day
‘one who knows the better way to live alone.
~ The Buddha~
