Our 1st Vday=)

It's an important day for us, we knew and worked with each other as Proj and Vice Proj Directors during year 1=)

Who would have known that we will be celebrating it together after 2 years=)

Thanks for surprising me beside my bed early in the morning! Haha... With Mac breakfast! Haha... Luckily my mum already woken up if not he would have to stand outside=P

For me, preparation started (only) 2days b4 Vday=S As Im either dancing till 11pm in sch or travelling between AMK, Sin Ming and Bishan for tuitions...

As usual, went Daiso for inspirations, think I walked arnd in there for near 3 hours before I finally found something that I can work on=)

Okie, he already knew about the pillow which I saw with Tsz Ching and Cheryl in Central Forum bazaar=) And he finally can use it!=D

*And I think Im turning him from someone who likes stitch to a stitch fan to a stitch fanantic!=P Oh! And PS top level sells alot of Stitch stuffs!=D*

And I also got a baby stitch which travelled all the way from Msia=D Super cute teeth!
Then it's time for us to prepare our own pizza for lunch!=D It's super simple yet delicious!=D And so coincidentally, his elder sister was also intending to cook dinner for her bf at home, so we took the lunch timeslot instead=) And his younger sister's bf cooked for her in the morning - the kitchen was packed with activites=)We were watching Slumdog Millionaire (which is a super nice movie, super highly recommended=)) when the door bell rang and it's Nicole! Heez... She delivered the flowers to me=D

I love the flowers! Shocking pink=) *It's even more special as it's wrapped by you for me=)*

Haha... And he combined stitch with the flowers as he had intended to do when he bought the stitch=) Super ke ai lah!=D

Our final gift exchange - My vday card for him and his drawing for me=D Whee~ The effort says it all=)
And we (sort of) ended of the day of celebration with the dessert I made=)
Okie, we went to the pasar malam near his house to eat somemore haha... LokX2 and Ramly burgers=D Muahahahaha....


We shall jog more yea? Heez...

Yet, I am really happy and satisfied=) *Must be my new hair style that gave me a good start to 2009! Haha...*

Year 3 already, dissertation preparation in progress, 1more year so everything seems steady still=)

I am thankful for what I have=) Each day, each love, each smile, each wisdom, each one and each thing that brightens up my day and makes a difference to my life=) It's only when you think about it that I realize there are really too much for me to list every one of them down, but within me, I know=)

It's not easy to always show appreciation for every single thing and single one, *it may sound very weird too hahaha like thanking everyone for every single thing* so just to let you all know, for whoever you are who have entered my life at some point or another, I am really thankful, truly thankful=)

My mummy!=D

She got into the semi finals for the modelling competition! It was held at Suntec Convention Hall in conjunction with their big event "Singapore 50+"=D

It's to encourage people to remain active despite their age=)

Young at heart=) Age, to me, it's just a relativity=)

We were lucky to have dearest Wai Kei to drive us there=)

Then it was preparing for the catwalk=)

We went to have a quick lunch at Pepper Lunch before the actual start of the event. Lucky sister and brother, remember this treat!=P

After the 1st round of traditional costumes, it was the gown segment=) Look at how confident and cool my mummy is on stage! I dont think I am able to put up such a confident catwalk on stage..

Finally, the results! And my mummy got into the finals!=D Top 20! *clapX3!*

And the next day was the finals!

After the event, we split up to shop around before we met up again for dinner=)

Haha... We were at Suntec, so it's try-our-luck again at the arcade=)

Then, Wai Kei brought us to the recommended Katong Laksa=) YummyX3!

End of the day, full... Full of joy, full of love and full of calories=P

The next day - Finals!

My personal favourite outfit - the super glittery golden mermaid dress=D It's super sexy and elegant=)

I overheard people complimenting my mummy while I was video-ing her=) *Proud=)*

Although my mummy didnt clinch the top 3, she is still the best to me=D Really glad she took part in this, can see that she feels more confident about herself and also get to make new-found friends=D

My mummy also has her own supporters=D Thanks to them for coming down to show support=) Can see that my mummy really appreciates it=)

And we are her top 3 supporters!=D

His surprise for me... On our 200th day=)

He wanted me to keep last Sat free, so I thought it was the usual meet-up over dinner before CNY, since we wouldnt be celebrating together.

So he was the Project Director that day=)

Picked me up, then we went to his grandma's house for reunion lunch=)

Then he brought me to his ah ma's house to visit her, as it's been quite some time since I last visited her=) Ah ma is getting better, we have seen her "flexibility" skills already=) Just so glad to know that he doesnt need to worry that much over her already=)

Then off we went, to our (more of his=P) favourite place, Suntec=)
He suggested going Bakerzin=) He remembers what I said, even though it was a casual remark when I told him about PohX2 saying that it sells really nice cakes=) *HappyX2!=D*
While waiting~

He never fails to take weird photo of me, the weirdest ones are for personal viewing only=P

Then he asked me if I know why he brought me there loh... Then I started calculating, our 200th day! Whee~ Heez... I only keep track of our weekly and monthly, and as my maths very poor, so I dont calculate the total number of days, but he did=)
After that, he said there's "surprise 2"... And he said it was the delicious cupcorns on level 4... But he returned with nachos and movie tickets! Errr~~~ he booked them online a few days before and collected them when he said he needed to "go toilet"=D Tiao pi arh~ Heez... it was a sweet surprise=D

We watched Wedding Game, as he knows I love Fann Wong=D Heez...

Quite an interesting movie, the interactions between Fann and Christopher are just so novel=) I was even so touched at the part when Christoper couldnt find Fann, I weeped loh... I was amazed by how easily Im touched *shrugs* Still, it's a really cute movie=)

Our next stop: Hotpot Culture=D Our mini CNY celebration=)

Recommended by his sister Hui Mun, it's really nice, I love the hot and spicy soup=) And I know he loves the chicken wings=D

My impromtu CNY present for him!=D

Haha... Was doing last minute shopping with my mummy at Bugis, when we came across this stall selling fake yet colourful pretty flowers. Then it gave me a lightbulb! To create a sunflower pot for him, so he wouldnt be so sad whenever the sunflowers I bought for him starts to wilt=)

I made one for myself too, to beautify my study table=)

And, his lucky colour for the year of Ox is yellow! Whee~

Oh! Random. Just want to let our baby stitch has some appearance on my blog=) It's really cute=) And most importantly, he loves it=D

Lastly, a very happy NIU year to all!=D

Our first 20km!=D

Tue 6th Jan

*26th weeks 6mths*

We finally went on our 1st cycling tog, only the 2 of us=D

Met for brunch below his house and off we went!

He took me on the usual route he always takes when he cycles=D

Had a break to rest my butt and legs=S

His slow speed is equivalent to my use-all-my-energy speed=P

But I really love the wind and the super nice weather=D And of course my motivation!

We also stopped by the beach for some more calming down and to enjoy the beautiful moment=)

All in all, we completed 20km! Omg! When we just started, I really couldnt imagine that I could complete his usual 20+km, Im just glad I did it, with you=D

What a fulfilling day=) Nothing fancy, nothing expensive, just you and me, building our very own memory=)

POX+ML "camp"!

We seemed to have a mini 2day camp esp when we met each other for our 1st meal for 2 straight days=)

Fri we went to Dragon Gate Restaurant for dim sum buffet @ Habourfnt Centre=) It's Lin Yi's treat! Haha..

We made a bet during 4 Faithers Xmas gathering. The one with the highest cap will treat=)

I guess that the only good thing about not being the best=D

We kept eating (and waiting for the food) from arnd 11am till 2plus=) YummyX3 and happyX3!=D



Then Sat we met up again! It's a secret mission=) Good kharma for them, esp PohX2 and Marcus=D

Mac breakfast was set to be at 10.30am, but me and Lin Yi were late as we cldnt wake up=S

Luckily Olivia and Marcus were alrd there to help us buy=D I think both Lin Yi and I were still half awake when we took the photos at Mac.


Kharma hasnt really arrive for Lin Yi, poor him had no buns in his Big Breakfast and it was alrd after breakfast hr when he arrived=S Hopefully he isnt what he say abt himself (that luck is still as bad as last yr) haha..


And yes, later it was proven to be wrong=)

It's been really long since I hang out with them=) Im so glad that they still welcome me haha=D They 心地 very good de loh=D
